Registration fees

All registration fees are in Euros.
There is no VAT on registration fees in Denmark

Reduced registration fee:
A limited amount of up to 50 reduced registration fees for (regular or student) participants under the age of 35 will be available for participants working or studying in the following countries:

Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine.

From 22 May 2018 - until 13 August 2018 (CET 11.59 pm): 150 Euros
Desk registration: Not possible

Reduced registration will be given on a first come first served basis.

In order to register at the reduced fee, please send registration details (name, institute and address), a copy of your passport and a signed document (in English) by your employer stating the country of your workplace to:

Entitlements

Congress
Registration fee for the congress includes admission to full congress programme (except pre-meetings on 22 August), Town Hall Reception (22 August), Welcome reception (23 August) and guided tour at the Niels Bohr Institute. Coffee/water.

In addition to sponsored Lunch symposia, food and beverages are available for purchase at the congress venue.

The congress After-dinner Party on Friday 24 August evening will be subject to additional charges.

Guided tours at the original Niels Bohr Institute free of charge are being organized (first come first served basis). Date to be announced.

Accompanying persons
Town hall reception (22 August), welcome reception (23 August) and guided tour at the original Niels Bohr Institute (first come first served basis). No access to the scientific sessions.

The congress After-dinner Party on Friday 24 August evening will be subject to additional charges.

Pre-meetings
Admission to the selected pre-meeting on 22 August, coffee/water and lunch voucher, guided tour at the Niels Bohr Institute (first come first served basis).

Summer school
Admission to the Summer school on 20 - 21 August, coffee/water and lunch voucher (for both days), guided tour at the original Niels Bohr Institute (first come first served basis).

Payment and cancellation policy

Payment must accompany the registration and be processed within the appropriate deadline. We accept the following methods of payment:

•    Credit Card – We accept Visa or MasterCard

•    By bank transfer – payment due upon receipt of invoice

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state invoice number on all money transfers to the ECMP 2018 Congress Secretariat.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat:

Following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations received on or before 17 May 2018:
Registration fees: € 30
Hotel accommodation: € 30

No refund of registration fees, hotel accommodation or other costs for cancellations received after 17 May 2018.

In case the congress is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the fees will be refunded after expenses incurred by the congress have been deducted.

Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the congress. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

 

Accommodation

A number of rooms in different hotels have been prebooked for the congress participants. These rooms can be booked through the online registration.
